Well, it's been three weeks since the order, and he still hasn't replied to any e-mails or otherwise responded or sent the items I ordered.

Opened up an item not received report on PayPal. If he doesn't respond, I'll have to call in a chargeback and use a number of the links Mtn Hunter posted...

To anyone thinking of ordering from cz452.com or who has done it recently: BEWARE, you will NOT get anything and you are throwing your money away.

The PayPal dispute got his attention anyway; he says he is shipping it out this morning. We'll see. Kinda sucks, since I just had to buy the CZ dovetail to weaver adapter from another company to be sure my 452 Silhouette would be scoped and zeroed by the 28th, and that was almost $50 shipped...

Oh, and I actually got an in-the-ammo-case, sitting there, unmolested, box of Winny 555 Bulk Pack .22lr today! Rang in at $14.67, so just a bit above $15 after tax... Any .22lr in any amount has been scarce in WalMart as of late... Maybe it's just my lucky day

Eric Brooks delivered on this word after my PayPal dispute, and I received the items today.

It kinda sucked that I ordered the dovetail to weaver adapter from RT since I didn't ever know if I would get the Brooks ones; I got it also today... except that the Eric Brooks mounts were actually too low with my rings and scope in the end, and the bolt handle would contact the scope on opening

The RT adapter height works fine though (just barely), so I finally have my Silhouette scoped Also worked on the triggers using the kits on my Silhouette and Ultra Lux, and they're significantly better (no more creep!).

Can't wait to shoot this guy (edit: the GUN, not Eric Brooks)...

I have ordered 7 EB trigger kits for my own and friends CZ's, great product and great service, there must be a reason for the problem.

Hopefully, a visit from the local police sergeant got his attention, and he will be a little more responsive from now on. If not, just contact Sgt. Thomas at the Oneonta PD. He is a hunter and shooter, too - a good guy.

Frankly, I think "Brooks" (an alias) is a jerk who feels like he can decide who he is going to service - irritate him, and you get nothing. Kinda like the Soup Nazi from Seinfeld.
