In Ken Howell's book on designing custom cartridges there are two cartridges on page 161 named the .256 Magnum Gibbs. I am assuming that this "Gibbs" mentioned is the George Gibbs of Bristol, England and not American cartridge designer, Rocky Gibbs, is this correct? The American Gibbs I think is responable for cartridges like .240 and .25 Gibbs in ken's book on pages 134 and 144.

Also, if one wanted to use 6,5 x 55 Swedish brass to form the .256 Magnum Gibbs (on page 161), other than the rim and base dimension being larger, is there going to be enough of the 6,5 x 55 brass to form into the .256 Magnum Gibbs?
