Me too, I don't have a virus detector, replied that I am not going to open files unless I am assured by someone that I know that it is OK. No response, has to be a virus. Although why I would be on his mailing list, I don't know.

Folks, some how a virus got to my computor, I just last month purchased the latest McAffe virus scan. but this virus was able to manifest itself in my machine. I also last friday had my system upgraded to DSL. Have scaned system 3 times in the past 12 hrs no virus located. But by all means DO NOT OPEN ANY THING FROM BULLWNKL THAT SAYS OCTOBER 29. This thing has used every address in my computer if you ever sent me any thing you will be sent the OCTOBER 29 message which is a "worm" and a pretty nasty one at that. Sorry folks
Bullwnkl.

Hi folks:
Bullwnkl my friend, as I'm sure you know by now, you have the SirCam virus.
Here's a link to the removal tool:
http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.sircam.wormmm.removal.tool.html
For all of you who received an Oct. 29 email from bullwnkl (I received 2), delete them WITHOUT opening the attachment. Then run the removal tool anyway.
Take good care, all.
Rick

Thanks Ric, the virus scan was a succuss, I believe this worm came from friends in Saudi the last virus I got appeared shortley after we recieved e-mails from them. Retired Airforce working for the Saudis. Don't understand how a virus got past Mcaffee as it is their latest version, ran scan twice found nothing then ran the site you pointed out and found 6 corrupted files, ran it a second time and found one more. This is a nasty little bug. Thanks for the help.
Bullwnkl.
