Anybody had any experience with one?
Thinking about getting the 4.5-14x33 or the 3-9x33 both with dotz for my .223 but the price makes me hesitant to buy less thatn $200.00 on midways website. It's gotten great reviews and looks good but idk.
any expiereice?
I'm really looking for a variable scope with a max power of at least 9x with a sub 40mm objective lens. (ex. 33mm or 36mm) for around $350 also with dots.
I use the rifle for mainly opportunistic targets and some coyote calling.
Thanks
Brett (Mac)

I have one on my Encore 405 Win barrel. I like it has good eye relief for the big kicker and clear glass. I have a couple hundred rounds through the 405 and the scope saw duty on an 500 S&W handi rifle for another 300 or so hits..I reckon it will hold up ok.

Glad to see there's fellow Oklahoman at the 'fire There are several of us here - although I confess I don't know any personally. Oh, and I'm thinking about one for a .223 also.

The Timberline is just another chinese made scope, brought in to meet a price point.
That does not mean it is a bad product, but..............

Built in the Phillipines, not China. I like the looks of the 4.5-14x model, looks like it would be perfect on airguns and rimfire rifles, but I have not seen one in person to be able to give any opinion on the quality.
