I bought my 375hh it's a pre64 375hh manlicher with a 21-22 inch barrel. It weighs nine pounds and shoots 3 300gr solids and 3 300gr soft point swifts into a 1.5 inch group at 100y. I'm in love. I'll probably have Mark P take a look at it and make sure it's Africa ready.
Now comes the second part. Which double? I'm looking for a working rifle boxlock, maybe in a slightly obscure caliber to keep the cost down. I've started looking for a used one,but it's a little scary. I'm kind of thinking of a krieghoff boxlock in 416/500. I know next to nothing about SxS's except that a Holland and Holland is more then I want to spend. Any help would be appriciated.
Check out Double Gun Journal and Champlin's website---you can find .450/.400s from good makers for less than ten large (OK, not much less). You'll pay a premium for .470 NE, but Kynoch has ammo for virtually all the old favorites now, so a less popular caliber can be fed fairly easily. I have a 1906 vintage Watson Bros. that is tight as a watch, and great fun to light off those brass panatellas.

You could consider a Searcy . Well constucted , extremely accurate , and you have the benefit of the maker operating in your own country . I know Butch personally , and have shot with many of his guns in calibers from 375H&H to 577NE . They are very popular with African PH's . His after sales service is also excellent .
