Who manufactures loaded ammunition in 45-90 w/ black powder or its equivilent? This would be for a 1885 Winchester replica by Winchester.

Cartridges of the World states that 45-70 can be shot in 45-90 chambered weapons. I have a set of 45-70 dies from I think C&H Engineering. Recon the 45-90 can be loaded with them as with 38 Sp and 357 mag.

Buffalo Arms also sells .45-90 brass, including cases that are stretched from Remington .45-70 brass - good stuff. Buffalo Arms is one of the main suppliers for serious BPCR shooters.
