Have to agree that the wood is pretty nice, but it would take some time to warm up to the rest of the rifle. How does it shoot?

Brand new, 1.5 MOA with cheap factory SPs. My 300 Winmag R 1 will do 3 in 1" after several 100 rounds break in with 168 TSXs and 1/2 gr under max 4831 loads. Either will kill anything at ranges I choose to shoot at.
