I just partook of a glass of eggnog. Awhilst back, I was in Sam's Club lookin' at the liquor. They had Jameson on sale with two very nice tumblers for around $21. It was the same price as Jameson without the glasses. So I got my girl some eggnog tonight and when I fixed it for her and my boy, I poured myself some in the unchristened tumbler and then topped it with Jameson's. Talk about some good drinkin'. I highly recommend it. The wifey took a drink and scrunched up her face. That means it's worthwhile.

Drop a shot of it in half a glass of Red Bull -- I can't remember what they call that, but it isn't any better!!!

No red bull on hand, so this is going back in the fridge. Good grief, bourbon is better straight than this stuff.

out comes a glass of Ficklin 1991 port

I think the promo packs are a Christmas thing. I bought the same Jamesons setup last year for the guy who plows our sidewalks all winter with his ATV.

I think you're probably correct. I bought some Tequila the same way awhile back. I've always been a Tequila man.

Used to drink a lot of IPA's and Porter's, but have lost my taste for beer (am 57) must be an old age thing.

Switched to white wines. Yellowtail Chardonnay being my favorite.
