Texas, Texas A&M....what's the difference? If my Aggie dad was here, he'd tell you. if the Aggies are Shinola, then the Horns are....... I like your dad! I went to SMU and Wharton, so I don't have an affiliation. I do pull for the Texas teams when they play outside of the state. Inside of the state....well...I just enjoy the game. My son wants to go to A&M to be a physicist and an engineer. He got his mother's brains. I kept all of mine.

nope, we used to do a home and home with A&M as the first game of the season, but that ended a while back. After A&M won five seasons in a row, LSU cancelled the series with a couple of years left. Last I heard, they never did honor the contract which required them to pay A&M a buyout.

florida had a bad day? no ifs, ands, buts or what-ifs about this one. it was a beating, on this day, by alabama ...
but i imagine florida will destroy whomever the gators play in a bowl.

yeah, I'm sure the Aggies just walked away from money. not. just paid Tulane 700K to end that series. and not because Tulane was winning. BTW LSU leads the series 26-20-3

I know A&M doesn't have a law school, but surely they can hire somebody who can find the courthouse in Baton Rouge. LSU was only too happy to pay off Tulane.

I sure thought they played a couple of regular season games since Mack Brown came to Texas.
DJ DJ let me refresh your memory brother LSU & TX played a best 2 out of 3 in June as LSU came out on top

Still leaves the facts as facts.... What I'm suggesting is that I don't know those to be the facts and would really like to see a cite to some, like, news story about it. A public university has a fiduciary duty not to walk away from money that belongs to the State of Texas, which is why I doubt that it happened that way.

Yeah, we don't want to break out College World Series... LSU can, but it would be embarrassing for the UF fans.

I'm so pissed off that I missed the entire game. I picked Bama to win it all at the beginning of the year. Had to take my girls to a Justin Bieber concert! Oh well, they had fun.......

So much for Florida's awesome defense. They couldn't have stopped Ingram with 12 guys on the field.
Hoping 'Bama wins the NC, and it'd make my year if Cincy beats Florida.
