Does anyone have one of these? How do you like it?

I'm fairly handy and am considering this instead of buying triggers for...

1. A 10/22
2. A Blackhawk
3. An AR-15

This fixture would cost less than triggers/hammers/sears for the above three guns. What does everyone think?

But, I do grind all of my Ruger 10-22 hammers without a fixture.
