Here's me in Southern B.C., September of '08. 6x5 that fell to a 165 grain Interbond from the woefully inadequate .30-'06. Here's my guide. I wish he'd have told me to bring a cowboy hat for photos. FC

DIY Selway A tag, Unit 17. Heres Dads bull, a 6x7 shot in the selway at 500 yards with a 270 weatherby mag. My bull, shot at 60 yards 7mm08. Mine was shot 4 days before my dads about 500 yards apart at the same elevation, temp was 60 degrees when I shot mine, it was 20 when he shot his. Picture taken after a 3,500 vertical foot climb, a few days of this and I was whupped. That trip was the last time I hunted Idaho, I hunted for 7 days and saw 3 fresh elk tracks, wolves on the other hand were everywhere. These sheep are laying just inside the shadow line and below the pines in the above picture.
