Just got home to a pleasant 27 degrees after the 1 degree in Dayton, Ohio this morning (Wind chill -14). You yankees can keep your weather, it sucks.......  On a positive note, the old Cummins started just fine without being plugged in, filled up when I got home and figured up 25.1 mpg. Not too shabby, got almost 19 going up on Friday with my daughter's BMW on a U-Haul trailer in tow.

7 here in NC again with wind gusting to 40 MPH... really enjoying our new wood stove though... Never had one before... amazing how fast it can burn through what was a large woodpile...

Just got in from snow blowing the drifts. Nine below, wind 24, wind chill -36. Was NOT fun, usually it is. Can't wait for the heat wave, mid-20's forecast starting Tuesday.
