I have only been in Montana once. That was in 1977. We were on a two lane road coming out of Idaho as I recall. While some friends and I were driving through town we stopped at a drive in to eat. I can't tell you the town as I don't recall. What few gals we saw were all a "little" on the homely side and looked as big and burley as the guys. In fact some looked "slightly" larger than their male counter parts. I can see why Montana women may have the reputation as being a little ornery especially if they have been spurned in love, they have to live up to their looks. At least in the sample we seen. My EX was from Spokane, not too far from Montana, and still wild. When we were "in litagation" she had a bumper sticker on her car that went like this:
