The entire of the MacEanruig clan voted for Kerry today; 12 votes in all. On Saturday we all hit the deer woods for the opener. I saw a real nice 8 point buck chasing a doe on the front forty yesterday.

I voted this morning. Alaska is not exactly a "battleground" state for the presidential election. Somebody told me that the election will be over before they count our votes.
But, the big issues for me was the legalization of pot, and a ban on bear baiting in Alaska.
The great thing about our election is that it is a secret ballot... Nobody needs to know how I voted, nor do I give a crap about how my pards voted.

I am going to vote for somebody or neither of the above or both it is my perogitave. But as far a local issue I am going to vote for the legalization of slot machines, the indians are aganist it so I must be for it. Will cut into their monoply. I may need to buy a resturant and bar if this one passes.

ND,no worry about WA ST putting even the smallest dent in Nevadas revs if the initutive passes up here it will only increase the desire of those who go to Reno/ LasVegas to do some real gaming, those that don't come your way weren't going to anyway.
