Can anyone I.D. the dog on the cover of Beretta's Lifestyle catalog Volume XII. See- https://www.berettausa.com/proshop/category.cfm?Category=227It looks like a Picardy to me. There's also another photo inside on page 4. Any other possibilities? Thanks, Steve

Possibly a field-bred cocker spaniel of blue roan coloration. Good looking little dog. RS

I was thinking possibly an English Cocker but I'm far from well versed in the various semi-obscure spaniel breeds.

My bet is a French Brittany Spaniel.
Black Brits have never been imported to the USA but they do exist. The dog looks too much like a Brit to be anything else...
