Browning woven horsehair belts. Gorgeous and could not be more authentic. Mine has lasted for years.

I'll second the Bianchi - a winner, indeed. My everyday belt is a Bianchi B12.

Contact Big Bend Saddlery in Alpine Tx. I think they have a website. Fine quality but not cheap.

Filson bridle leather works well for me. I just need a bigger one after X-mas!

Anybody know where i can find one online fro experience. It's hard to tell the quality with a picture. thanks Up until just three or so years ago, you could go to Wal Mart and find a good, heavy western style belt for cheap money and it was made right here in the USA. Now I think the exact same belt is more money and made in Chinkland.

Take a look at a Filson Ranger belt. Very good quality stuff.

Yesterday there was a post about watches that I never heard of and they cost a lot of money... Today, I find out that some folks have more than one belt... Whats the world coming to! I'm scared to know, what I'll find out next!

Best belt I own is from Milt Sparks. It's a semi custom proposition and expensive for a belt, but worth it.

I have used Nocona galluses (suspenders) for 25 years. I'm on my second pair. I would have no problem with recommending one of their belts. Good luck.

Anybody know where i can find one online fro experience. It's hard to tell the quality with a picture. thanks Yes Bianchi is good , with any dress belt 1/1/4 wide 5/16th thick with robust stitching is what your after, saddle dubbin is good to preserve the leather and will give it a broke in look. Try and get one with a heavy pressstud as then you can change buckles and dazzle the wimmen folk..

Take a look at a Filson Ranger belt. Very good quality stuff. That's what I was going to suggest. I've had a Filson double belt (two belts thick) for a number of years. It won't wear out, so the only way I'm getting a new belt is to gain or lose enough weight to warrant a new belt. Their belts aren't overly "western", but good quality leather belts, and the Ranger is sorta "western" in a way.
Deserve's got nothing to do with it.

Not going to tell you what to buy, but check out El Paso Saddlery. Very fine custom leather. Very happy and I will buy more from them.
