If anybody' interested I can steer you in right direction of a good 'poon outing in northern Mexico. Tijuana, it's even close to the ocean. Losta 'poon to be had cheap but be careful of the catchin'. Too much tequila and you could inadvertently get a hold of some of the gay and catch somethin' too.
No experience on my end - but I've heard stories. Just sayin'

Fish, I'd say bout 2#. Doubt that would be more than marginal legal keeper today what with regulations on length. Redfish slot size is 18-27".

I gotta go cook some redfish. Ms. Dan can be bossy sometimes.
What I'm gonna do is lay out a fillet on a cookie sheet with some foil under it. Cover it with a finely sliced bed of green/yellow/red peppers, onions and carrots, then pour some of Ken's Northern Italian dressing on top. I'll cover that with more foil, bake at 350* for about 30 minutes depending on portion size, then peel off the top foil and broil for about 5-7 minutes.
Y'all wouldn't like it....ain't red meat. Just sayin'....

Out to the weed line and back in time for tea. 80+ mph of RUSH.... Faro Blanco Marine Resort, October 1987....and yes, it lured in some of the other kind too. Was spectacular when the seas were running about 3-4', the bounce that is..... Redfish is ready, back in a few.
