I very much enjoyed watching your women's curling team.....a class act!
The thought of the Chinese team from Alberta with a coach from Quebec leaves me scratching my head.

tangozulu; I hope this finds you and yours well tango. I believe you know I live in a house with 3 females, and they noticed the same thing. Of course they pointed it out to me!  I will say it is nice to see the folks displaying some patriotism for a change, so that's a definite bonus. My friends in Vancouver PD have certainly been kept busy, but so far the rowdies haven't gotten too out of hand, which is another bonus. I hope the guys pick up the momentum and pull thier wieght, but I suppose only time will tell. I'm thankful that we've put in as good a showing as we have overall. It's lookin the guys on the ice are finding there groove tonight so the other half may put a few metals on the podium for us too. Of course 2 gold metals in hockey would be awsome. Well little old Canada is in third place overall with 21 metals behind Germany and the USA in number 1 spot.
Canada has the most gold to date with 10, Germany 9 and the US with 8. Once we add the mens hockey and curling golds we should get up to 12 at least.

I hope this finds you and yours well this afternoon tango.
We appear to have just won gold in 3 man speed skating and men's snowboard slalom. That makes 12 golds without the curling or hockey.
I thought the snow board win was very cool in that the 2nd place Austrian �last name Karl gave the Canuck a big hug and was waving our flag. The 3rd place guy from France was right in there congratulating him as well.
As has been mentioned elsewhere, the snowboard contingent seems to show exceptionally good sportsmanship which is cool to see.
