Heck, I was king of the duffuses, I was a nerd before it was cool.

I never thought I had a chance with a girl like her, luckily she thought I was funny and I made her laugh with my antics. She told my sister to make me ask her out. When my sister suggested it, I said, no way, that girl has no interest in me. My sister kept working on me without saying she wanted me to ask her. Took me a month to get up the nerve and she was stewing the whole time, she still reminds me I didn't want to ask her out the first time.

When my friends first met her they told me, she's your cousin or something, that girl can't be a real date.

I've seen you guy's wives and agree we were all lucky they were visually impaired.

I am lucky.

I started fishing A LOT in my 20's and wanted to understand fish more. I eventually became fish like in my quest to be one with the fishes.

I'm lucky enough to have spent the equivalent of a couple of years of my life pursuing fish. Back in the day a 100 days in a year on the water were common.

I might have time to scan some old-timey pics tomorrow, but today I gotta head up the road to sit on some HD iron in the showroom, then on to a dinner date at a fine-dining restrunt (one where you have to wear shoes...).
