Been through a lot of that. Used to live, eat, breath
sixties cars, got so expensive to do (at the levels I
wanted to) that I sold out. Got a bad attitude about
hunting because all the land I grew up hunting on is now in clubs
I either can't afford or won't associate with, so I quit.
Started fishing year-round, joined a club, started fishing tournaments,
did pretty good, got burnt out and started feeling like fishing
was a job. My oldest child got me back into hunting last year,
re-awoke my love for guns and reloading, shooting, which is
how I ended up here...
Shoot, do what you love, try not to obsess over the equipment,
and don't beat yourself up when you don't love it anymore.
Take a break and do something else, it'll come back around
when you're ready
