I just got my first one and was kinda wondering what kind of bullets everyone uses.

I have had fantastic results with the Winchester 34 gr. hollow point .22 win mag bullets. They do unbelivable damage on those tree rats! Another round I'm going to try this yr is the CCI maxi mag with the speer TNT HP bullet. It looks like this one shoots as good in my rifle as the Wins. 757

The CCI Maxi-Mag TNT's shot the best groups in my 597 but I use PMC Predators since they're cheaper and still shoot 1"@100 for me. Basically it'll be whatever your particular rifle likes best.

I have had good luck with CCI Maxi Mags and Winchester in my H&R 700. My Auto Mag II prefers Winchester. The Maxi Mags dont seem to cycle to well in the Pistol.
Keeb

Happens Winchester Supremes and CCI maxi mags are my favorites. The Supremes are expensive at almost $8 a box but my rifle loves em!! Use them mostly for still huntin bunnies when I leave the beagles at home. ( which isn't very often ) those dogs just look so pathetic when they can't go.

Just buy one box of each that are available in your area and try them out. We've got three .22 mags, all Ruger, and each likes a different round. The wife's 77-22 likes Federal Premium HP's, my 77-22 VMT likes the cheaper Winchester HP's and the Single Six favors the Federal Classic solids.
2D
