For any of you who travel frequently either domestically or globally, do you have emergency medical evacuation plans or services you employ? If so, who provides the best service? From what I see online, Medjet and Global Rescue are two highly recommended services. Any input appreciated.

I've had both and used neither. Get one or the other and hope you don't have to find out how their service is. I've not heard bad of either and good of both.
This probably doesn't help much, but for all the time I've spent outside the states, it's never been an issue.

We offer both, but most of our clients have been requesting Global Rescue. None of our clients have had to use them, but it's a great comfort. I hunt about 200 days a year and wouldn't even consider traveling without air evacuation coverage.
