I was wondering if someone could give me a little info on coming up with a thread protector for a screw off muzzle break. I am looking at getting a gun with a muzzle break that will screw off, but there is no thread protection, and I was wondering if someone might have a price range I would have to pay to get one made up. Stainless barrel, other than that, don't have any more info at this time. I am just looking at a rough estimate to decide if it is worthwhile to purchase it or not, as I am not a fan of brakes.

Brownells sells thread protectors but don't know if the thread size they sell will work on your rifle muzzle.
A Doe walks out of the woods today and says, that is the last time I'm going to do that for Two Bucks.
