Yes they are.... All but the 338RUM has taken game. I might tote the 338 this year for a few doe !!!! With the 300RUM I have taken Elk, Moose and Mtn Goat. The 7STW has taken mule deer and Wt deer.... Here is one of the 7STW victims : That would be the exit...150 Scirocco, at about 3300...for all I know, it is still going.

Limited run 7600 7mm-08 from Grice with a Nikon Monarch 2x7. High Brass bought it for me. My M70 stainless classic 30-06 with an Accuracy Innovations Ghost laminated stock and a Leupold 3x9 VX II is next runner up. Bottom rifle is a Ruger MKII .243 with a Pentax Lightseeker 2x8.

Not the lightest, nor the most powerful, most accurate, prettiest... But the favorite. 7WSM Montana, 3.5-10 w/M1 elevation turret.

High Brass, I love that 760 of yours. If we get together at the range again I would like to shoot it. No problem Bruce. Warning...it might make you want one (grin).

Here's a pair I consider my favorites, both by Roger Biesen, a .375 H&H on a Brevex Mauser, a 7x57 on an Oberndorf Mauser. Oh, and my favorite dog...

Just one? Man! O.K. If I can only pick one, today my favorite rifle is my Sako Synthetic Stainless (7lbs in the box) in 375 H&H. It's the finest factory rifle I have ever owned. It is a thing of beauty - in an ugly sort of way.
