Speaking of night time activities, will this be anyones first trip to Texas? They're not as common in the hill country as they are a little further west, but there's enough. I guarantee you'll think about them when you're sittin' out there in the dark, tryin' to sound like a wounded rabbit. My Uncle from near odessa...told me a story once where they were sittin in the back of a pickup playin a wounded rabbit "call" on one of those old tape recording devices...and one of them putty cats jumped up in the middle of the bed....said they found all of their piss....but none from the kitty...

Yes sir! This will be my first trip. Never been farther south than Cody, in '05. Am really lookin forward to it. You all are sure makin it tough to have any night partyin!! I may have to go out with the varmints, I mean the varmint hunters at night. Not sure I would shoot one of the big cats, but it would be nice to see someone chit themselves, if one came in to a call--unexpected like  Pat... where is that last pic (bridge/water) of--sure is pretty. MAN I CANNOT WAIT. Just keep the fuggin snakes away- - - PLEASE! Oh, I got a pair of snake gaiters from Cabelas. Should be here any day now. What kind of clothing do you all recommend? I made sure my thong and bra are packed aleady Anyone use under armour "heat gear", or should I just bring jeans and tees? Any direction would be appreciated. Shorts are not a good thing, unless you want to be picking up people off the ground after laughing themselves into passing out! Thanks, later... took me so long to write this, damn dogs got me up n down like a yo yo, we're twenty posts away from when I started

The pic is of the "river walk" in San Antonio, near the Alamo.
UnderArmour is perfect. Jeans, tennis shoes, just dress comfortably. Should be in the 60's at night, as warm as 90 during the day, but with almost zero humidity. Bring your swimsuit or shorts, this applies to everbody. Even if you haven't gone in the water in years, you may want to here. Don't forget a hat!

A good time should be had by all. Teri and I have had some good times in San Antone. We are going to try to get down Thursday if work allows. Did I hear of an early meet on the Riverwalk or there abouts?
