I checked it out. Sorry, but it is too big for my tastes. I have never dropped a conventional sized knob so can't see the benefit of one of these magnum sized knobs.

I never saw the need for one until I tried it. I put a big fancy one on my Sako BR .22. It's a single shot and the big knob is much easier to work. I like it on tacticalish rifles too. Ken

As for the knob itself, I also fall into the camp of "it ain't my thing". Sorry.

However, the work itself, for being shade tree mechanics, is pretty nice! Not bad at all for no mill, etc. smile

I too question the need for a big ol' knob like that, but you did a swell job of work on it!

I guess this is why we all aren't driving black Model T's !! grin

As for the size...it isn't as big as you think it is!!
Wait...did I really say that?! blush

Anyway , I never saw the want/need for one until I actually ran one for a bit on my tactical rifle.Just "blade" the hand up and palm it down. It really helps me when the temps get down and the fingers are frozen.

To each his own; just thought I'd see what I could do on the cheap.

thx
wes out

P.S. The GF says some of you guys just have "knob envy"...HA!! wink
