Hello
I have a variation of this,that I made,using four 3/8" SS steel
rods and 2 tough plastic end pieces with 3/8" SS steel tubing loupes on the end.
It packs easier and only weighs 1 pound.
To assemble screw the 2 FRONT rods into the LEFT end piece, and the 2 REAR rods into the RIGHT end piece.A cotter pin secures the opposite ends of the rods.
5 or 6 1 3/4" saplings are needed to complete the travois.
The value depends on your own personal experiences. If you hunt alone, like I liked to do,it will be worth more.
It cost me nothing but time and effort.I'll ask 25 dollars, but will consider any 'honest' offer.
Frank
