OP Ima_Knot New Member Joined: Apr 2010 Posts: 2 Minnesota	Any ideas on re-lining a Stevens 44 in .25 RF to .22 LR? Any major issues with using the existing block, firing pin set-up? Rangr44 Campfire Regular Joined: Feb 2008 Posts: 1,267	AFAIK, the breechblock will work OK, but the extractor will need more reach towards the bore C/L, as will the FP tip, so as to work with the somewhat narrower .22LR case rim for reliable ignition & extraction. .
