Is the brass headstamped 25 Rem or is it 30 Rem sized down?

I am not Johno but it's original 25 Rem brass. I know because he contacted me as I have a nice 25 Rem. barrel for a Remington Mod. 30 bolt action rifle for sale. If I had a nice action then I would buy the brass.
