Hello guys, I would like to know this for my personal files, also is it the same on an AR-15?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
OK I have found this so far:>>>"Firing Pin Protrusion Gauge...$15.95 (MMT-0005) Checks firing pins for minimum (.028") and maximum(.036") protrusion. Excess pin protrusion can pierce the primer - causing the rifle to blow up. Insufficient protrusion
results in rifles failure to fire. Use this gauge to measure pin"
protrusion on AR-15/M-16 rifles or any center fire rifle.
Thank you for your time.
