Anybody here mess with the Leupold QR rings and bases? Not the Weaver style but the other type. Wondering about repeatability.

I have a set on my T/C Black Diamond muzzleloader, holding a 4x Leupold M8. The rifle is very accurate but the scope needs to be removed every time it is fired and cleaned. At first I was worried about return to zero but not anymore. I've used the rig for several seasons with no need to readjust the zero. This design gives better repeatability than any Weaver style QR system I've seen.

Yep and they work as advertised....have them on 2 Mz's and 2 rifle's

I use the Leupold QR system on a muzzleloader and on a TC Encore with great results. You have to be careful to fully seat the rings each time, but I have not had to adjust the scope after multiple cycles on and off.

Thanks. That's exactly what I was looking for. I've just never been crazy about the look of Weaver rings.
