I have a .300 and am wondering if it is the same recoil as the .444. I have never shot a 444 but trying to compare it to something else.

I would say the .444 is more comparable to a 12ga. or 30'06...not quite as sharp as the 300, but it definately lets you know when you pull that trigger.

There is also a good recoil comparison at ACCURATERELOADING.COM, but I don't know if it has the .444.<P>Talus
