Picked up some mil-surp 30.06 ammo the other day: Bxs. are marked Caliber .30 M2 LOT - 1107 - HXP - 68 Greek Powder and Cartridge Co.
Also some stuff head stamped AMA: Need to confirm if this stuff is berdin or boxer primed, and if corrosive or not. Thanks,

The HXP ammo is boxer, non-corrosive. The AMA is Danish, and if its anything like mine & late manufacture, then the same as the HXP and excellent ammo.
It's you and the bullet, and all the rest is secondary.

Thank you. That was the concensus around the poker table last night, but obviously was looking for a more reliable source. As expected, "the fire" came thru.

As noted above, the HXP is Greek, noncorrosive, boxer primed. The AMA is Danish, noncorrosive, but Berdan primed. Both varieties were sold by the CMP, which still stocks the HXP. The HXP has been sold by other outlets, but I don't know about the AMA.
