Need to pick up a holster for an N-frame Nightguard. Concealed isn't a big deal, comfort is. I'd like something that doesn't ride to high..if it's to high, it will be tipping with the short barrel. I've seen the following 2 on the net, but they both seem like they will ride high:

Any suggestions?

Those two look good and they price seems reasonable to me. The pancake style will hold it close and help with keeping it concealed. I find them to be the most comfortable. I plan a pancake for the pistol below. This is a Baskin/Robbins decision and a lot will depend on what you like and feels good to you. But the two you have listed look pretty good. CH

I have a couple of pancake holsters that I got from Ed Rodek that are very comfortable. He'll custom make you a very nice holster for about half the price of either of those. If you're intersted I can find you his e-mail address and phone number.

I really like this Bianchi. It's not a good conceal carry rig but it is very comfortable for a day in the woods. Mine is the 4" version.

This one is from Simply Rugged. I have them for my 4" Redhawk and love it.

I'll second the rec. on Sam Andrews. I have an Andrews holster for my 3" Lou Horton 629 and it is perfect in every detail. He makes what may arguably be the best holster in the country.
