C'mon fellas, I know some of you have had this problem! It's almost as if the speed of the arrow burns the hay fragments into onto the arrow shaft itself.<P>Thanks.<P>Chad
Oregonhunter:I see some guys scrape their arrows with a knife after pulling them from the backstop.I don'tknow what the backstop material is but it does melt onto the shaft from the friction.You could also use a lubricant on the arrow to stop this from happening.
I've used aluminum for many years and I coat them with Auto polish prior to practicing, 1 application lasts a long time, I then let them dry or use Alcohol, cleaning to remove scent. I assume it would work for Corbon.
