List please... would be happy to assist with streamlining your friend's estate planing.... (especially early on in the process before the rest of the vultures around here get it all picked over)

Hey Art, not sure if you will make much money off the guns, but if you will charge a little for the "list", you could get rich.

I didn't read where Art seriously said he was going to create a list and disseminate it behind the scenes.
I'd prefer he used this forum and the current rules.
But in the end, it's up to him, and whatever he feels is best for the folks he's graciously helping out. Brian has it right. The first sentence of my first post "Putting this up first in an attempt to stir interest and possibly create a wish list for some posters..." A Wish List to me is when someone asks for particular items that I might keep an eye out for them as I go through, connecting them to their wants a little better... Would suck to really want a particular item only to have me list it right before you go on a long trip... To make a list to send out would take far more effort... And as an example, Slidellkid asked for a very specific 77RS in 30-06... and a fairly unusual one. And one just happens to have been in this first batch of guns... I will contact him directly first and see if he wants it... That's what a wish list means to me. art

4 inch S&W N frames, particularly 29-2 would be of interest to me.

With that many guns, why not do a local auction or put an ad in the paper? Just advertise it well and they should sell.

Sorry about the misunderstandings. The problem is the stacks of guns are large and I am not going to handle them all at once to generate a list. I will take 20 or so at a time to sell.
Of the specific requests: Some LH stuff in the pile, for example a minty Weatherby MarkV... Unfortunately the Mark V has no bolt currently, along with about 20 others... Other LH stuff includes at least one 1100LH 20, ~28" VR, Modified (IIRC) it is ANIB.
Addressed the 77RS 30-06
Some handguns, but limited S&W and I cannot list models as I have not opened the boxes. I think there may be a Bearcat... I saw a box for one. thanks art

As for revolvers....S&W in a concealed version or 4 inch .357's.
Thanks! PM anytime if i am lucky enough to have hit the list. Sean

Hi Art,
Disregard my PM, just got caught up to the end of this thread. If you have any .257 Roberts or .250 Savage Ruger 77's I'm interested. Remington 541-s would be nice to hear about too. Thanks and good luck. Great thing you're doing for those gents. Gary

Looking for a LH M70 chambered for one of the .473" rim size cartridges. Especially a .270WCF!

Interesting to note how all our members are being taken in by this posting. Forum rules are clear. If you wish to sell something you must post a complete description, price and, hopefully, pictures. This "teaser" technique violates both the spirit and previously posted specific rules by the site owner....... but let me know if you have a factory lettered 1 of 1000 Winchester 1873 in 22 short rimfire for $500.

And, Framis resurfaces. I'm thinking that most/all here (aside from you, olddouche) know Art well enough to take him at his word. And, we know you plenty well as well.
