I have posted on the wanted adds but thought I would throw it out here as well. I am looking for a Charles Daly Mauser action to build up a 35 Whelen I already have the Barrel built for this and threaded for a Daly Mauser. If you have one just laying around please let me know. For that matter if you have the whole gun for a decent price I would be interested in that as well.

Thank you MTMUZZLELOADER. We had a bit of difficulty on this transaction due to my error. However, things worked out well due to a bit of civility on both of our parts. I joked that we should post our emails so that some could see that a screw up does not necessitate being at one another's throats.
I have found that one's behavior towards you gives a pretty good indication of character. If one is trustworthy, one exhibits trust in others. If one is not, one is often hesitant to trust others.
MTM promptly sent payment. I noticed my screw up and notified him. I then sent the payment and action to him so that he could decide what he wanted to do. He returned payment and kept the action. I have to fire off a partial refund today.
