Is the throat long enough for the new 1886 el to chamber the longer 500 gr bullets in 45-70?

The throat most likely won't give you as much trouble as keeping the oal of the cartridge short enough to feed through the action.


the most expensive bullet there is isn't worth a plug nickel if it don't go where its supposed to.

My Miroku rifle take bore riding designs, not full diamter. 457125 worked.
