Had an IAC pad with a leaky valve and they are replacing it with a new pad, no questions asked. Didnt even ask where I bought it, just going to replace it with a new pad.

WOW, a company that stands behind its products??? What will they think of next??

I should shoot them an email. I've got an IAC that I repaired once after I only used it 8 nights. Same spot started leaking, fixed again but still does not stay inflated through the night. I read about the valve problem, maybe they'll take care of me

I believe they will only charge $5 for a warrenty repair.

Mine is from '05 REI clearance, original model I believe. Even for $5 it's a huge bargain. I'm sure the Expeds and NeoAirs are as good or better but the BA is the best night's sleep I've had sleeping on the ground.
