Two of your models for sale around this area are both going for a little over 5100. Seems you negotiated yourself a good deal.

Yeah,..it pretty much curtailed my toy buying for a while when I bought mine,...but I don't regret it.

Motorcycles keep me out and about.

If it wasn't for bikes, I'd be a home-body sure 'nuff. I still have the Bonneville also, but it was getting to be a chore to ride.

lol,..as age creeps up on me, I find myself buying less and less radical 2 wheeled vehicles. I've gone from a Ducati to a Triumph Sprint to a Bonneville to a Burgman.

I could have bought a big cruiser and got the comfort factor, but I've never really like overly heavy machines,..and the auto transmission on the Burger is a nice feature.

Besides,..it's much quicker than most of the big cruiser bikes.

It's a buyer's market for toys these days.

That trend will continue for the foreseeable future, I suspect.

Gun toys still seem to be staying ahead of the economic downfall.

Not so. The G'boro show yesterday (this is THE big one in NC every year) was very light in attendance compared to the last few years; prices were down, and still not much was moving.

Not at the gun shows around here. Way overpriced.

I'm digging the increase in value of what I own, though. My S&W 629 Mountain Gun has shot up over 450 since I bought it.

If you shot it, it might be more valuable at least to you....

Mmmmm.......ironic, the same sentiment carries through to this day.

Quote

Volumes are insufficient to describe the horror, misery and desolation, awaiting the people at large in the Syren form of American independence. In short, I affirm that it would be most excellent policy in those who wish for TRUE LIBERTY to submit by an advantageous reconciliation to the authority of Great Britain; "to accomplish in the long run, what they cannot do by hypocrisy, fraud and force in the short one".

Is it a Talo 44 Mag? Blue or Stainless? Up $450 I like. Did not know that.

You have the wood box with the purple velvet insert?
