that the current administration axed re-importing 850,000 +/- m1 garands back into this country from south korea???
i got that story off the iPhone, then never heard a word about it. sorta like stuff you hear on am radio in the middle of the night, whilst dozing, then never see or hear that story again. was doing that a while back, OIF2, etc.
at any rate, the report indicated the administration was referring reporters to the justice department, which referred reporters to the pentagon, which referred reporters to the white house.
so, if you ain't got a garand, and want one, you prolly ain't gonna get one...

Didn't they do that during Clintoon also? I remember them saying that criminals could cut them down and do crimes. Just chop a Garrand, quick way to make a single shot. Besides, they will be so expensive no criminal would want one. This is just Obama using his unconstitutional agency's to enforce his will.
