Those sights are similar to m98 Mauser battle type sights and disassemble about the same way.
The rear sight blade/slide is easily removeable, but the base itself on the barrel is cross pinned to the barrel. The metal underneath that base is unblued and unpolished usually and looks like hell with the rear sight base removed. If just removing the rear blade slide give you enough room for your scope, I recommend that.
The way you remove the sight slide is you press down hard with your thumb about midway down the slide . When the slide bottoms out, while pressing downward move the slide rearward, That will release it from the undercut at the front of the sight base.
DON'T lose that sight slide!!!!
If you ever sell the rifle, the gun will take a pretty hefy hit in value as the sights are part of the atraction of owning the m452 Lux/Trainer models for most folks and they are expensive to replace(well over $50).
