FYI for those who hunt out of Medicine Bow, WY. We tried to get a room at the Trampas on Saturday night, but could not reach anyone. We got a room at the Virginian. When we got to Medicine Bow, we noticed that the Trampas is now a part of the Virginian. There doesn't appear to be a game hanger there any more, so be advised.
I also was very surprised to see the wind farm 14 miles north of Medicine Bow. Very sad, but out of staters need their "clean power" at the expense of my view.
