What do you think of this caliber and bullet combination for brown bear?

Will it break bones (if necessary) and penetrate good enough for a good and clean kill?

I know heavier bullets will do the job. But this sounds like an interesting option if it works.

We have killed several Elk with the old 210 gr starting out at 3000 fps in a 375 H&H. 100% penetration and one shot kills.
Shoemaker suggests the 270 TSX in the 375 H&H and he has killed a great many Browns. Given that most shots are quite close, the 270 might be a better choice.
