I's sorry to hear this news as well. I kinda know how you're feeling. Spent most of my life with better than 20/20 and now I have cataracs in both eyes. Not NEAR the problem you are haveing. Just hang in and have your wife do the campfire thing for you just once in a while. Best of luck.

My MIL is dealing with MD also, I'm sure you have heard of the shots that have worked for her, if not PM me for details.

As most here know I am blind in my right eye and it appears the Macular Degeneration has struck my left eye. Trying to read and type has become the challenge of my life.We were hoping it was maybe cataracts but the doctor doesn't give much hope for that, more testing on the 29th.I will probably have the wife check in with any updates or to make a post for me,
