Home Forums Gear Photography Question about image size for digital?

I got a new camera and i can change the image to 6 different sizes. So the question is, What should i put the picture size on? with it at The largest setting it is 3504x2336 or 48" wide x 32.7???" high. They come out anywhere from 2.9 to 3.2 MB in size.
This digital thing is new to me so all help is apreciated. Thanks in advance.
