I finally got one of these rifles, and I intend to take it to Oregon for a December ML hunt with my nephew. I want to try a shorter Bullshop conical in it before falling back to the T/C Maxi.

My rifle is the stainless with synthetic stock model. Too bad they don't fit the standard Omega 28" twist barrel, but some folks want to shoot patched round balls with them I guess.

I figure to start with H777 and imitate a .50-70 to start...jim

Well, the Omega barrel sure won't shoot conicals, so hopefully they got it right with the Northwest.
