The Special Edition Rainbow Trout Evolution LT Fly Reels are numbered with laser engraving. The finish of these reels is like nothing you have seen before! Once the reels have been anodized, a photographic image is then applied to each reel with a proprietary process. The photograph is actually absorbed into the anodized aluminum, providing incredible graphics and a finish that is more durable than anodize alone.

The Ross Evolution LT is a machining masterpiece, a beautiful looking reel, lightest in its class, and unquestionably one of the finest fly reels ever produced. The Evolution LT is fitted with an aluminum spool cap, aluminum drag knob and aluminum escapement cover. To keep the weight in check with these improvements, we have also added ventilation to the spool and the frame, allowing for the addition of metal components with no measurable weight increase.
