Getting rid of him was hardly a "purge." Plus, if he had the ratings, he would still be there.

My guess is if people let them forget they will conveniently bring him back after time. If they do just not so politely let them know you think they suck canal water.

MSNBC released today that Olbermann will be allowed back on after a 2 day suspension. So basically he got a 3 day long weekend...and on the weekend MSNBC doesn't broadcast news but does rerurns from NBC....

I saw the youtube clip where he dissed Alan West, he spoke of him stepping down in shame from his military career for abusing a terroist, uh er captive.

had to lmao at the spin KO put on that gig, it was noted that West could have survived that incident but wouldn't budge when asked "if faced with the same circumstances what would he do?"


his response was basically "the same thing, it saved the lives of some of my troops"

didn't sound to me like there was much "shame" associated with it for him.

All Olbermann got was a 3 day vacation, after the elections....

In a just world, a news organization's most prized asset would be it's credibility.

NBC has shown us that credibility is of little value to them. I suppose that is understandable, considering NBC has chosen to function as the Propaganda Ministry for the dhimmicrat party.
With the lefty media, it's all about disseminating the party line.

Only problem is they didn't fire the "Dyke" too.

Makes you wonder if Obermann had something on someone? But perhaps that was the MSNBC slap on the wrist. Now they can apologize and get on with their support of the left.

I really thought that this was the beginning of a Comcast shake-up. Thought that they just might be embarrassed at the blatant ultra-left coverage on election night.

I'd have gladly let KO not lose a days pay if in exchange they'd have allowed him 20 minutes locked inside a room with Allen West who KO said left the military in shame.
