Doug, I too am interested in others experiences with their Leica riflescopes. I bought the 2.5-10x42 and love it. Its very bright, and the #1 reticle is very good for precise accuracy in daylight and low light shooting. Its also very quick to aquire in speed shooting in heavy timber or brush. I have it mounted on a Remington Model 7 chambered in 7mm SAUM. This is my go to whitetail rifle that I'm very confident I can hunt from sunup to sundown out to 300 yards. I never use mine below 3x, therefore I wish I'd have bought the larger version. I would love to see Leica come out with a 50mm, 15x scope with a #1 reticle with the ATS,I think that's what they call it (target knob). I don't have anything to compare this scope to other than many of Leupold's versions. My opinion is that the Leica is superior to any scope I own. I'll wait to see what Leica comes out with before I buy another.
